Our company offers the following shipping options for delivery within the U.S. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, APO addresses or US territories.

We uses UPS and USPS to offer the following shipping options:

Ground Service   $4.05 & up depending upon size and weight.   5-7 business days, excluding holidays. *

2 Business Days   $12.95 & up depending upon size and weight.   Arrives in two business days when ordered before 9pm ET, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. *

Next Business Day   $22.95 & up depending upon size and weight.   Arrives next business day when ordered before 9pm ET, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. *

* Product Processing Information:
  • For flowers, plants and perishable gifts, add one additional business day for processing.
  • For personalized gifts, add three additional business days for processing for most personalized products. (Please refer to individual product pages for details.)

Shipping Details:

  • All orders require one to two business days to process before shipping.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers.
  • Shipping Surcharge: Some items may have an additional shipping and handling surcharge. (Please refer to individual product pages for details.)
  • Gift Certificates are shipped free of charge using USPS First Class delivery.
  • Alaska and Hawaii items ship via 2 Business Day Service and may require an additional day for delivery.
  • If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available.

We stand behind our products. We strive to have all of our items arrive in good condition and as described in our online store. If your product arrives damaged, Please call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Returns and Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, please call us toll free for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

Repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.

Obtain a RMA number by calling Customer Service, toll-free 1-(800) 817-7415, 10am - 4pm PST, seven days a week.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Our company is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
